Gascony - Cookery breaks
In the heart of wonderful countryside in south west France this highly practical and hands-on course gives a thorough grounding in French cooking, with an emphasis on learning skills to apply in your home kitchen to give your dishes a professional edge.
Courses in Gascony are structured to offer two levels of tuition - a beginners to intermediate level; and then a moderate to advanced level for those with more experience and confidence in the kitchen (and an ideal follow up to the introductory level course). The itinerary includes full board.
You will experience cooking in a purpose-built teaching kitchen as well as a professional restaurant kitchen in the local village.

All courses start on a Sunday, with a Wednesday morning return departure for the four-day courses and Friday morning for the six-day courses.
