Carla offers private cookery classes in central Rome, ideal to combine with a short break to the Eternal City.  Having worked with her for many years we are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to learn from Carla.  Her culinary knowledge and teaching skills are extensive and really the best we have known over the many years of organising courses.  In addition there is the option to combine a cooking class with a guided market visit, to experience the best ingredients in season.
